Mufasa is a performance poet born in Eldoret, and currently based in the capital, Nairobi, Kenya. A passionate and influential performer, Mufasa's work embodies his inner activism for equity and social Justice. Some of his performances include TED ideas search and UN WOMEN launch of 16 days of activism against gender based violence.

When not performing, Mufasa is a teaching poet, a Poetry Slam Africa judge, and a general adventurer.
