Following discussions at iHub in late August and the Storymoja Hay Festival in mid-September, Kwani Trust will hold an event on Friday 28th September, 2012 from 10 - 11am at the 15th Nairobi International Book Fair at Sarit Centre, Nairobi. Panelists will discuss issues of research and knowledge in the online and digital use of creative content, and how national communications policy and legal frameworks are evolving because of the advent of digital and mobile platforms. Kwani Trust is holding this event series as part of its “Telling Stories in Digital” project, which began with the digitization of Kwani? Content. This third session captures three of the four major challenges Kwani Trust has faced introducing its content to the digital and online market. An event later in the year will address the institutionalizing of digital technology & commercial practice, as well as challenge areas as outlined below;

- Non-Profit Frameworks Within A Commercial Environment – How to integrate artistic and cultural institutional non-profit frameworks within a commercial technological environment
